*Healthier Appetizers*
1 large can salmon
2 Tablespoons liquid smoke
2 Tablespoons horseradish
8oz. cream cheese, softened
1 clove garlic, minced
1 Tablespoon minced onion, minced VERY fine

Mix all ingredients well, allow flavors to meld a couple hours before serving.
If you want to get real fancy, shape roughly into a fish shape on a dish and cover with scales of almond slivers with a caper for an eye.
Serve with Carr's Croissant Crackers (my favorite choice for this spread)
