Mix together everything but the chocolate. Roll into balls and refrigerate until firm.
Melt chocolate chips in a double boiler. Dip peanut butter balls into chocolate by sticking a toothpick into the top of the ball. Dip about 4/5 of the ball into chocolate, leaving a little peanut butter showing so it looks like a buckeye. Drop onto waxed paper. You can press toothpick hole out easily, if you want to. Chill again. Keep chilled until serving.
