One can of Chick Peas
One or two fresh Tomatoes
Fresh chopped parsley, if you have some, or dried
Italian dressing or vinegar (I used Balsamic Vinegar)
Mix salad ingredients, pour over vinegar, stir a few times before serving.
I told you it was simple. :)
Chop into bite sized pieces
Add the vinegar or salad dressing
Mix well and store in the fridge until serving
