Traditional Ham Salad


Leftover Easter Ham? Try a nice cool salad to use some. 


About 3-4 cups chopped cooked ham
1 crisp celery rib, chopped
1 hard boiled egg, chopped
1/4 sweet pickle, chopped
1/4 cup finely chopped sweet onion
Mayo or Miracle Whip

Mix well, add enough mayo to achieve the creaminess you prefer. Simple, huh?

Enjoy on sandwiches or crackers, even as a dip for veggies!
