Grilled Steak on a Stick


Easy, easy meal that is juicy, tender and as fun to cook as to eat!


Flat Iron Steak or Skirt Steak
A1 Steak Sauce
BBQ sauce
Dijon mustard

Bamboo skewers

Slice meat at a angle across the grain. Mix 1/4 cup A1 and 1/4 cup BBQ sauce with 2 Tablespoons Dijon, and marinade meat slices. 20 minutes to an hour is good. 

Thread meat on skewers and grill 3 minutes or so on each side.  That's it!

Mix together to coat the meat well. Cover and refrigerate while marinading. We went to soccer at this point. :)
